WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. We will investigate your complaint without undue delay and may contact you if further information is required. We will provide an outcome as soon as reasonably possible.

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
